Keep Moving!
About The Founder
The director, Kruti Kapadia, has an experience of 15 years in providing physiotherapy to clients from varied backgrounds. She started her work in a hospital setting where she worked for over five years and treated patients with cardiorespiratory, musculoskeletal and neurological deficits as well as post surgical patients for early rehab.
In Australia, Kruti has experience of working in aged care homes and retirement villages for over five years where she helped older adults achieve their mobility goals. She has also worked with NDIS clients and Home Care Package Clients in their own homes to enable them to live more independently. Over the years, Kruti has kept abreast with the developments in the field of physiotherapy and she tries to combine this knowledge with her experience when giving services to her clients.
Vision
To encourage and aid individuals to move
Mission
Making the journey towards reaching your movement goals easier
Values
Having fun along the way
There is no doubt that physiotherapy is vital for recovery in many instances but it may get boring to do repetitive exercises which is why we try to add a bit of zing to each of our sessions.
Taking a Step Further
We know there is always a scope for improvement. Whether it is moving your arm or walking for the first time after a surgery, we aim to help you advance from your current state to take you a little closer to your movement goal in every session.
Respecting time
We embrace punctuality and understand the importance of time which is why we always strive to be on time for our services. We also provide a realistic timeframe for you to achieve your movement goals so that you can get an estimate of the duration of your physio journey.
Looking at the brighter side
We try to focus on what we can do to help you reach your goals instead of thinking about what we cannot change. We aim to make the most of what you have and improve your everyday lives so that your energy is focused on looking at the brighter side of life.
